Scavenger Hunt Sunday - The November 11, 2012 Edition

Scavenger Hunt Sunday is hosted each week by the lovely, new Mom, Ashley Sisk.  Each week 5 new prompts are presented and it is our challenge to find and photograph our interpretations.  I have been participating in these challenges for over a year now, and continue to enjoy them week after week.  If you haven't participated, try it, you'll like it.  This weeks challenges are:

  • Nature
  • Vintage or Retro
  • Whimsical
  • Cooking
  • Week's Best
It is difficult for me to narrow down one picture to represent nature at any time of the year...so you get two today.

This was my Mom's Tea Set when she was a little girl...so this is definitely vintage.

On my trip to the Healing Field I found this little girl whimsically dressed in the same colors as the flags.

Cooking, now that's tough since I don't do that much anymore...but I do enjoy the fruits of someone else's cooking...

And this had to be my week's best both in images as well as time spent.  To read more about this please click here to read my post on the Healing Field.

So that's it for this week.  Please visit Ashley's blog and find more lovely images that met this week's challenges.

Until next time.....
