Today is Texture Tuesdays at two, I said two (I am trying to keep the T's going, but running out of ideas) blogs with temerity. Aha...now you are wondering what the word temerity means. Bought a book last week entitled "101 Words to Sound Smart" and temerity is one of those words, meaning recklessness with a big dose of braveness mixed in. If someone has temerity she is bold and a might reckless. I would consider both of these ladies that host these memes have both braveness and a little bit of recklessness (Actually, I think anyone that writes a blog probably has temerity, if you don't then add some) stirred in. OK...enough. You now have a new word to use to sound smart.
Both of these ladies that are hosting the memes today, Kim Klassen at
Texture Tuesday and Nancy at A Rural Journal with her new meme,
Tuesday Muse have said no rules today, anything and everything with a texture or in Kim's case, without a texture. So here are my images for today...all being Easter Cards in preparation for selling at Bible Study tomorrow, raising funds for needy charities.
"First thing to do every morning is read or listen to
something positive. Your mind is like a garden -- whatever you
plant grows. Plant good stuff."
-- Alwyn Cosgrove
