Scavenger Hunt Sunday - The April 7, 2013 Edition

Eventho I am away on vacation in Phoenix, AZ and have been having a wonderful time, visiting friends, taking lots & lots of pictures, relaxing I felt the need to post to Scavenger Hunt Sunday this week.  But as soon as I finish this post, I am off to bed because tomorrow is another adventure.  Meeting up with more photography friends to venture to Tucson in the early AM.  But first let's get to this week's challenges:

• Outside
• Chatterbox
• Comfort
• In the Kitchen
• Trees

I have spent almost all my waking hours outside while I am here.  Altho the temps have been quite warm, it sure hasn't stopped me from enjoying the outdoors....I know that when I leave here on Friday, I may not feel this kinda warmth for quite awhile.

My good friend's own a dog named Kie, better known as Blue Dog, not sure where the nickname comes from, she calls him Kie, he calls him Blue Dog....poor confused little puppy.  But it doesn't seem to stop him from barking at every living thing that walks by....that's why I call him Chatterbox.  I figure if she can answer to Kie and Blue Dog, surely she can add one more name to her title.  Doesn't she look exhausted from all that chatter??

I am giving you two for comfort...everybody needs a little extra comfort in their lives.

And I am sure it is not an easy decision to leave the comfort of the nest...

In the kitchen on the window box sits these cute salt & pepper shakers....

And finally the branches of the palm trees were silhouetted against the glorious colors of tonight's sunset.  They almost look like feathers.
