Happy Saturday!!

There is a child in everyone of us who is
still a trick-or-treater
looking for a brightly-lit front porch

Just a little reminder that the "witching" day is coming ...have you bought your candy yet for those little ghosts and goblins??  I am pulling out all my FALL decorations today, what are you doing??  Whatever it is, I hope it will delight you!!  Happy Saturday!

Until next time....

  1. Have fun readying your house for the festivities. We will be at a state park today because the national (federal) one is closed. :( We'll also be touring a local brewery. Not my idea of fun, but hubby had to get something out of the deal.

  2. they/we don't celebrate Halloowe'en but my hubby and I bought pumkins to carve for the windowsills-I always buy peanut reese cups for me in honor of this eve of scary things and that is our Boo night. Your Pumpkin looks as if he is either going to burst into song or dance, maybe both!

  6. Mr. Brault certainly had it right, didn't he? I foolishly gave all my Halloween decorations to my daughter but last weekend, I couldn't stand it and bought some new goodies to decorate with.

  8. My kids are too old to trick or treat now (according to their mom), so my daughter and a friend are planning a party. Pinterest is so nice for that--that's what they've been doing today! It's fine that they are still looking for a lit porch, but better yet that they are learning how to light one. :-)

  9. Oh, I'm such a Halloween Scrooge - I don't even want to think about it. I do love that everyone is getting out their decorations - it really is so festive. I'm not sure why I'm just not feeling it.

  11. We don't get trick or treaters at the house, but I've made 75 bags of treats to hand out and our little community carnival we have every year. My favorite holiday to dress up the house for is Christmas!

  16. Awww... Such a sweet photo.. I am as ready as I am going to be for Halloween. I sure am going to miss dressing up as a witch and giving out candy. But it will be fun to be here with Myles and my grandson at Halloween.

    Hugs~
