Scavenger Hunt Sunday - The Dec 18th Edition

Oh my counting down until Christmas...yikes!!  One week from right this minute, all the presents will be unwrapped, all the hustle and bustle will settle down, the thoughts of when to start your next diet will start swirling in your head....Christmas will be almost a memory.  But before that happens, it's time for Scavenger Hunt Sunday over at Ashley's blog.  Come on over and join in on the fun.  This week's prompts are.....JOY   WINDOW   HALF   WHAT IS IT?   CHILD/FUR BABY SLEEPING.  So let's get started...

JOY -

Look at the joy on my granddaughter's face when her Mother leaned over and gave her a kiss on stage at the Dance Recital Friday night...

WINDOW -

Catherine and I went out last night in our first attempt to shoot some Christmas lights.  There is an art to it...because many, many, many pics are now in the "trash bin" but it was fun and we will give it another try.  If you look closely, there is Santa standing at the window.

 HALF -

This little guy is half on and half off of the bird feeder, but he still manages to get plenty to eat.

WHAT IS IT? -

What is this.....not milk, but the best tasting Egg Nogg ever, made by a local diary right here in the Chicago area....Oberweiss.

FUR BABIES SLEEPING -

Snapped this while visiting the San Diego Zoo, I forgot the name of the animal, but it is the largest in the "rat" family.  I think anything is cute in the baby stage, but not so much when they grow up.

So that's it for another week.  And I hope this last week before Christmas is filled with overbundant JOY for you and your loved ones.

Until next time.....
