Scavenger Hunt Sunday - May 13th Mother's Day Edition

Happy Mother's Day to all of us Mom's....what would the world be without us?  I dare not even think about that one....

Today is Ashley's weekly Scavenger Hunt Sunday and today the challenges are:
  • Sidewalk
  • Inspiring
  • Time
  • Close-Up
  • With a Mirror
Always love a red brick sidewalk with a red wagon to match.....it's gardening time!!

Anna Quindlen is an aspiring writer...I always enjoy her insights into life.  Her latest book reflects on aging, entitled "Lots of Candles, Plenty of Cake".

OK kids, straighten up, time to get your picture taken.  My sweetie's brother and 2 sisters came for a quick trip this weekend to visit with their brother.  It was a good 2 days, Gary seemed very happy with lots of smiles and we think he recognized them.

A quick walk around the garden revealed a couple of close-ups....the first one is the center of the early blooming clematis, petals already dropping.  Linking up to Nancy's Sunday Best....

And this tiny creature, not sure if it some kind of tiny bee but it is about the size of my little fingernail...

Here I am, in the mirror, still in robe, no make-up and desperate to get this last challenge completed.

So that is it for another round of challenges.  Drop by Ashley's and Nancy's and have fun looking....

Until next time.....
