This is my first ever post on my brand new blog.  I am so freakin' excited and I owe it all to Claudia Wrightson If it wasn't for Claudia I would still be dreamin' and not doin'.  She is my mentor as I learn the ropes and stumble along, but I think the only way I am going to learn is by doin'...so here goes. 

What is this blog about??  Well, lots of photos as you can see from above.  This is a true passion of mine after purchasing my 1st DSLR about a year ago, I have taken photos everyday.  Opinions, what girl doesn't have opinions?, lists of books, TV shows, movies, recipes if I ever decide to cook again, quotes, I love a good quote, stuff about the fam...life around me, and anything else that I feel the urge to add.  I think a blog is sorta like a friendship, you meet, you get to know each other.  You discover their likes-dislikes, you nurture and develop that friendship until your friend/blog becomes part of who you are.  

And, by the way, please feel free to comment on any post/picture.  I think a blog needs some chit-chat and it takes more than one to have a chat.  

I think I mentioned in "about me" that I am a fan of Dancing With The Stars", well it is on TV in just a few minutes and I have to see who gets kicked off tonite...getting down to the finals.  Opinion:  Hope it is Romeo and not Ralph.  Keeping my fingers crossed.
