Scavenger Hunt Sunday - The Feb. 5th Edition

Each Sunday I write on a yellow tablet the challenges for next week's Scavenger Hunt.  I glance at them as the week progresses, thinking Deanna, you really need to get movin' on these or it will be Sunday and you won't be prepared.  Aha...not this week.  I am ready....don't I sound proud?  I think this is perhaps only the 2nd or 3rd time in all the weeks I have been participating that I have actually been prepared before Sunday.  I am so ready this week...and these are this week's challenges:

  • Strike A Pose
  • Footwear
  • Hobby
  • Shiny
  • Color Me Green

Strike A Pose - I will admit I didn't think about this one until late this afternoon, looked outside and saw the geese wandering thru the neighborhood and figured they are the best I can get at this late date....don't they look like a handsome couple.

Footwear - Ride'um cowboy

Hobby - Gotta admit this pic was taken about 2 months ago, but it so depicts my passionate hobby of photography I had to go with it.  Thank goodness all that hair is gone with no regrets...

Shiny - Look at all that sweet shine!!!

Color Me Green - Yes, I hear ya....and I agree you do need to be colored green with a fresh coat of paint.

Well, that's it for another week.  I am challenging myself to be prepared on Saturday again next week.  And I am also challenging myself to cross a few more items off of my January list....note I said January.
Hop on over to Ashley's blog and enjoy the fun.  And Nancy over at A Rural Journal has brought back her Sunday Best, check in there too.

Until next time....

  3. Oooooo... I LOVED all that sweet shiny! So precious! But my favorite is the worn green bench. I loved the composition and the worn look, it's very cosy in feel. And those cowboy boots! I want a pair!! What a great set this week, Deanna!
