Life is a journey
A wonderful adventure
But some people just wander around in a continuous circle, caught in a rut....
Break out, become an explorer
Try new ways, new things. Explore new paths....
Take the long way home...

ReplyDeleteI love the fence shot...it's my favorite out of this wonderful collection.
ReplyDeleteThat barn!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are so wise and wonderful. Love the quotes and the photos are amazing (as always!). If I HAD to pick a favorite it would be the 4th pick down with the lines of the fence. The light is amazing there!
ReplyDeleteThese are so very beautiful! I really love the fence. :)
ReplyDeleteNever thought an old wooden post would look so nice! Great job.
ReplyDeleteDeanna I just LOVED that walk and those fence posts are a favourite of mine to photograph. I must say that photographing them during the golden hour like you makes them look superb especially in No 4. What a barn - great textures and colours in that painted exterior and in your palette aswell. Thanks for joining in this week :)
ReplyDeleteFabulous photo and colour palette, but I just LOVE that barn - a wonderful collection of photos all round.
ReplyDeleteI love this...you're so right! I've been hiking up in the mountains (too many pics to even want to look through them yet); I was like a little kid in a candy store (orange mushrooms, baby birds in the side of a bank, etc.) I found so many treasures...it made me want to live outdoors to test my survival skills (until I remembered the lure of plumbing, electricity, and Internet). :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos...my faves are that incredible barn and the magic you created with those simple stumps.
You are magical w/that camera of yours. The wire fence is awesome (love me some old fences!)
ReplyDeleteSuch an uplifting post.. I just love seeing your photos my friend..
ReplyDeleteHugs~
I love the flag on that handsome red barn!
ReplyDeleteUndeniably gorgeous captures, esp the barn & the fence shots! WoW!!! Thank you so much for sharing these at Barn Charm =)
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are gorgeous and any or all deserve to be framed. Love the flag and the fence shot!
ReplyDeleteWhat a patriotic barn. I love it!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love the barn, but love one of the fence views a whole lot. You should link this to Friday's fences...
ReplyDeleteWhat a very interesting rural photo journal, Deanna. I came for the historic old barn with that remarkable weathered American flag but so much more as we hiked through the countryside with you and your camera. Really your intimate, closeup perspective on your different subjects.
ReplyDeleteReally enjoyed :-)
ReplyDeleteI love all your photos!!
